Duplex scanning

Two-sided scanning is the ability of a scanner or multifunction device (MFP) to scan a document from both sides.
Most often, such scanners (or MFPs) are equipped with an automatic document feeder (ADF).
Not all MFPs that support two-sided printing have the ability to scan from both sides. This is a fact.
Some MFPs that have an automatic document feeder (ADF) can scan from both sides in a single pass, while others require two passes.
Not all MFPs that support two-sided printing have the ability to scan from both sides. This is a fact.
The A4ScanDoc program supports double-sided scanning.

To do this, in the "Scanner Settings" section, you need to enable the "Auto Feed Tray (ADF)" and "Double-Sided Scanning" options.

If there are blank sheets in the stack of documents that should not be included in the resulting file, you can set the "Skip Blank Sheet" option.

If you want to save a scan copy of a document in a multi-page file, you can choose the PDF or TIFF format.

About the safety of using offline programs

Please note that the A4ScanDoc program works in offline mode, which means that when creating documents in pdf, tiff, png or bmp formats, third parties cannot access your documents (all data processing occurs exclusively on your computer).
Third parties can access your documents if you use online services to create tiff files. In this case, the documents are sent via the Internet to the website of the service (i.e., to third parties).
